Calming Yourself

Here are a few products that I use to help me sleep when I know that I will be having problems with racing thoughts, anxiety and so forth. Because at times this is what happens to me:


Here are some things that I use, one that is made in Oregon my home state:


A cap full of this plus 2/3 cup of plain Epsom Salt in a full bathtub….


plus 1/4 cup of Chamomile bubble bath.


I soak in the tub for the length of 4-5 songs on a Spotify playlist and then get out and rinse off. Sometimes I sit for a bit longer if my muscles are hurting in any place.

And then I spray my room and pillow with Lavender spray, rub Lavender lotion on my feet, hands, arms and neck.


Cause no girl wants to feel or look like this in the morning.
